CubeCraft Partner Programme Revamp

Whilst at Ziax Ltd I was given responsibility for our partner program, this is a system designed to connect with creators & community leaders across the entire Minecraft community.

I felt the program needed to do more to achieve this goal and worked up a new system to my vision for the program.

My changes were as follows:
• Revamp the application process to be prettier and easier.
• Add community leaders to the program.
• Remove requirements to apply.
• Remove shared channels between partners and keep communication with us.
• Add more features to Partner rank.
• Allow partners to have early access to updates & see content before it's released.

The focus of the program was to refocus onto assisting smaller partners in growing their brand & careers as opposed to trying to connect with larger partners who are already established.

We wanted to be growth drivers in the community who help push it forward and assist the next generation of creators.
